Position: Bottle Shop Attendant

Young Australian Hotel is currently seeking a bottle shop attendant.  Permanent and casual positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unpack stock 
• Stock and organize cool rooms and fridges
• Perform daily cleaning tasks
• Provide high-quality assistance and service to customers

Requirements:

• Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Good physical fitness
• Experience in a similar role (training provided for the right candidate)
• Reliable and committed to high standards of work
• Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and able to work independently
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts
• Mature-age applicants are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Current Forklift License is advantageous
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
• Experience in a drive-through and/or bottle shop setting
• Familiarity with stock handling and rotation processes
